to challenge the US District Court, for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Decision claiming that a US Citizen does not have "STANDING" under the US Constitution to challenge Barack Obama's citizenship status.

PLEASE SHOW UP AT THE US SUPREME COURT STEPS AND DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION AND AN AMERICAN CITIZENS STANDING UNDER THE CONSTITUTION.

Why not? His complaint lacked factual support, lacked legal support and were presented for the purpose of harrassment. Certainly it could be subject to Rule 11 sanctions, whether they would be applied is another story. He's pushing it though.

Seemingly smart people make mistakes too, especially when caught up in a fervor, which after listening to this guy, appears to be the case.

Is all this is true & if Obama is elected then Biden would be elevated to President by default....Why take a chance?.. Vote 3rd party or take McCain.
