I think this is the only possible bet if you are playing this game. I'm also willing to bet 98% of America feels that way, but I simply cannot ask Oakland to win me money, and thats exactly what I'd be doing if I took them at +7. You are getting TB as a PK for the game at -110. I think the ML on them opened around -900. Not too bad only down 7 in the 1H, at home where they are 6-1 I believe.
