All there needs to be is an agreement on where we are playing and confirmation that we sent our money to someone trustworthy who is willing to get involved in holding the money. That’s it....of course I would make sure something off the top goes to whoever holds it.

I have seen people get absolutely destroyed and the perp walks away and never gets in trouble. Takes a few minutes before security even knows what's going on. If you want a contract so badly how about doing one yourself and throwing it out to Mob. No judge is going to make someone pay a gambling debt.
