Sad news

R.I.P. Peter, a good Toronto boy and a big part of the Leafs 93 and 94 teams.

On going blood disorder, so this is not really a surprise.
A credit to the NHL.

From the Toronto Star......"Haemolytic anemia destroys red blood cells faster than the body can replace them. Last week, Zezel went into hospital for chemotherapy treatments and to have his spleen removed. After the surgery, he complained of severe headaches, which led to further surgery. His organs began to fail, he lapsed into a coma and he was put on, then taken off, life support."

Very sad. Always seemed like a nice guy when being interviewed post game. Amazing face off man, and always seemed to give his best effort every game. He did a ton charity work and hockey camps in the Toronto area. Will definitly be missed.
