How much slack should I give my book as far as payouts? How do I know when they are stonewalling vs them making a legitamate mistake? Also, if I have a dispute with a book not listed as an advertisor here and or has a bad rating, does that mean that there is a chance of them just not paying?

depends on which book,,, but yes,,,, some may not,,, there are several rules in putting money offshoere,,, some you see,,and some you Wont,,,, (fine print) Unless youve got a hund thous dollars and want to Drop 10 dimes in 10 different books and you play very Heavy,, then you should worry,,,

I suspect youa re a much smaller player than that,,,, stay with Pinny and Oly and dimes,,,, and skybook,,, and you will get paid,,,,

if you accept bonus monies,,,there are turnover rules,,,, youll need to ask each book what they are before yo u invest,,,

good luck,,,,

There are no guarantees. Many books will work with mediators and some seem to think they are to good. They are usually worth staying away from.

Thank you. In your opinion is betus.com one of the ones to stay away from? Also, if I have a dispute, do they have a history of willingness to work with mediators?
