1st of all congrats on the contest win last year. that was a truly incredible display.

The question i have is how did you split the money taking into account that there were 4 of you and only one person's ss number is on the application.

did you have to get a lawyer or cpa and figure out what the tax implications were for the guy who the check was written to or did the westgate split the money 4 ways and give each of you an individual check?

the best is you get a canadian to enter the contest for you LOL!! .... when we won in 2005 it was the las vagas hilton the IRS took there 30plus percent and we went thru a company in toronto called RMS they got all our money back minus there commision it took 3 months, if you are canadian and win any jackpot under the windfall act you get to keep all your winnings tax free !!!!


the contest has grown when we played there were 500 entrants its now 3 times that since 2005 and we won at a 65-66% clip ATS, you have to hit 70plus percent or better ATS to win it all very tough !!! last years winner ch ballers went 76 percent incredible number

Westgate split it four ways for us (4 separate checks) and withheld a certain % (I think it was 25%). We'll pay Uncle Sam the rest come tax time.

congrats ch ballers i dont think that percentage 76% win ATS will ever be broken!!!!! back in 2005 when we hit the 65plus%% it was a record if i remember correctly we got a bonus for goin over 60 percent, are you in this year contest i didnt see your handle ch ballers unless you changed it ???



anyways personal congrats on last years amazing record and that nice big cheque that went with it !!!
