I think most just come to mind by various means.

First rule in my opinion if you are getting paid to work at a particular site, is that you don't frequent other sites unless you have some unfinished business there for a short period of time.

I know some forum employees don't abide by this, but this is my belief & would therefore rule out the part about "stealing them from other sites"......

I heard from a good source that it is a highly refined skill.... you are born either with ability or you just do not have it ... it is rare to have such a skill from what I know
