starts right in with his hype bullshit, and all I want to know is how he got my name, number, etc. He obviously wouldn't answer me.

I'm a little paranoid...the number he called me on is a cell that is private and I don't enter anywhere online(I do use it to access sites like this).

Just wondering if anyone else had this experience, or if it's possible to gather this information about me by my internet surfing activity? Or is it just some douchebag that I know who turned my info over?

i have heard rumors that the sportsbooks sell their client lists to the touts. not sure if that is true.

i have also received calls to cellphones that i never enter publically except for sports betting.

there has been similar posts about calls from touts that were uninvited

yeah thats what i first thought. but after talking to a few people on the forum and reading some threads on SBR as well it is clear that books sell phone numbers. why not, it helps them just the same as it gets more action onto their books likely.

Ya its fun and games the first time, i got off and i was telling my buddies about this guy, thought it was funny...

that was at 12.30pm....right before the 1pm games

then 3pm roles around, and i get 3 more phone calls, in a span of 15 minutes.....now its getting old and rediculous.....

I love getting calls from them. After they give me their pitch I tell them I have made 86 bets this year and am 70-16. Then I ask them what winning % do they have?
I had 1 guy ask me if he could call me for my picks each weekend.
