Yesterday I called First Fidelity to get the name of the person to send funds too. Freddy Harris answers "HELLO", I said I want to upgrade and need the name of person to send to. He said what the hell do you want?? Hold on, he said, and in the back round I hear him yelling at 2 girls. All of a sudden I get hung up on. WoW, what shitty customer service. Done with them too. My question is are these offshore customer service reps working out of their own houses or is their really an office involved??
