Question About Finding an Offshore

I just posted this question in the Friday Section Service and didn't get any responses.

Thus I decided to ask it here.

Here you go:

ot-I apologize for asking the question but I am having a big dispute with Heritage and may close my account.

My question is can someone give me the name of a reputable Offshore that allows you to buy runs in baseball totals

both in straight bets and parlays.

Other than Heritage I have not been able to find any,

Bumping for one last request because I can't find anyone besides Heritage who allows buying runs on over/unders in totals in baseball.
