The Washington Wizards have won three of their last five games and are coming off a major upset win, beating the red-hot Thunder by 96-81 on Saturday. Wizards are 4-0 ATS in their last four games against a team with a winning record and 4-1 ATS in their last five games overall. Portland Trailblazers have lost four of their last seven and are 3-8 ATS in their last 11 road games. Head to head in this series, the Blazers are 2-6 ATS in the last eight meetings overall and 1-5 ATS in the last six in Washington. I was quite surprised the Wizards opened as a home dog as they have played well at home and have won against a few very good teams, Miami and Oklahoma City. The Trailblazers on the other hand have struggled on the road and have lost against a few very good teams, Oklahoma City, Golden State and Houston.

The Sacramento Kings come into this game losing nine of their last 10 and seven straight. The Kings played the Spurs tough on the road Saturday losing by just a bucket which should give them some confidence coming into this game. The Kings are 9-4-1 ATS in their last 14 games following a loss and return home tonight after a short road trip. A little home cooking is what they may need to push them over the top tonight and get a quality win. Although Cousins still remains doubtful their is still a chance he may suit up which would be good news for the home team. The Chicago Bulls, meanwhile, have lost three of their last five.

The Washington Wizards are above the .500 mark in win percentage for the first time in almost 5 seasons and have been playing well lately, winning 3 of their last 4 overall and 3 of their last 4 at home including wins versus Portland and Oklahoma City. The Wizards history against tonight's opponent, the San Antonio Spurs, has been something they would rather forget, losing 15 straight overall and 8 straight at the Verizon Center (0-6 ATS in their last 6 contests versus the Spurs at home). Tonight the Spurs will be playing their second game of a lengthy 9 game road trip. They have been battling injuries for some time now but they received a boost on Monday with the return of shooting guard Danny Green. The Spurs are just 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games but that could be a little deceiving, with 2 of those lines being -7.5 and -10.5. I see good value with them tonight just laying a free throw.

Yeah I took a long look at them but just couldn't pull the trigger as I thought the line was pretty tight and didn't see a true advantage.
