Hey buddy! I got to tell you I am surprised with so many calling this their big game. First of all, Purdue has not even been on tv so everyone is betting on them sight unseen unless they attended a game. Second, Purdue is not getting blown out in this one and very live. This is a close game either way. Third, Cuputo is a choker and the returning starting 11 on defense for Purdue will cause hime to make turnovers as well as limit Maloney. Fourth, Tiller has never lost to Minnesota while at Purdue but they have not played for 2 years. All I can say being a Purdue alumni, is the side in this game is a coin flip but with gun to my head would take the 3.5 with Purdue. I would SUGGEST STRONGLY that this game is a no play regardless who covers the spread! BOL my friend.

I agree with the Gopher play. Gophers have the best line in the Big Ten and maybe one of the best in the nation. They haven't played anyone yet, but they have looked really good so far. Cupito has improved since last year and Maroney should be a heisman candidate. Purdue built for grass and Gophers built for carpet. KFAN out of Mlps. says they expect a large crowd which will shock the Gopher players and give them some extra emotion. I think Purdue might be a little beat up from last week at AZ. Goph's by 10.

YIKES.....I have Purdue as one of my ML plays. I also like the under.

Also have ML plays on Iowa, Maryland, SMU and Northwestern.

I don't think Cupito can throw well enough to win if Purdue loads up on the run to stop Muroney. He is a choker, and is innaccurate. Haven't seen Purdue yet, don't know why they gave up so much to Akron. Be a good game to watch, not bet.

Hate to rain on anyones parade BUT PURDUE is either 8-0 or 9-0 in Conference openers under their coach. Also allowing hardly any yards on the ground. Purdue by 7-10 points.

Newport, I warned you that AZ had no chance against Purdue last week to win outright and they did come back to push, but Purdue will win this game outright.

This is probably the best team that Tiller has had at Purdue and many people assume that since Orton and Standeford are gone that they will be down which couldn't be further from the truth.

They return the entire defense, Kirsch is another excellent QB, and Minnesota ALWAYS has looked this good in non-con under Mason and then fold up like a cheap tent when tested in conference against top teams.

Just checked Don Best and game is still on the board everywhere. Also, checked info report and nothing significant to report except they have a steam play on Purdue. Anyway BOL and hope your Cubs let Houston win as want Cards to play Padres in Divisional series. Bought last night tickets to GAme 1. BOL

While I am not happy to hear that Phil is on Purdue as his 5* as it takes away any line value(although my play has already been in since Thursday), he has actually done pretty well with 5* plays even if the rest of his plays blow.

Every year it is the same song with the Gophers, they look AWESOME offensively in non-con see last year 700 yds vs Toledo, 509 vs Ill St, 504 vs Colorado St, then beat big 10 doormats NW and Penn St to start 5-0 and get everyone talking. They then lose to Michigan(1st real opponent) and the wheels fall off and they finish reg season 6-5.
