Problem with theGreek

I made a phone wager - and they placed the wager on the wrong team,
They played the tape and the readback was garbled, although i clearly stated which team i wanted the wager placed (the winning team)
they said due to "policy" they could only "cancel" my wager - but not honor the correct side I made.
I checked the balance this morning and they failed to even refund the wager - they counted it as a loss.

any advice?

had this happen to me this summer i made a $300 bet on the angels came home to see they had gave me the other team and my wager was graded a loss. called up heard the tape and i also clearly stated the angles twice but on the readback she read back the other team, i was busy at the time not paying attention and agreed to the wager. They agreed to refund 1/2 my wager.

yeah - the odd thing was the readback was so garbled i was unable to make it out;
this happened at bodog once but bodog honored my wager even though i confirmed the incorrect readback
