How do you get through the ups and downs of this game and the constant terrible plays from the other players? How does it not piss you off to where u wanna break something?

What is your reaction after you get all in with KK or AA only to be called by someone with Q9 or T9s and get beat.

With the boom of internet poker, it has brought so many newbies to the game. I have reserved from going all in, where as in the past you would control the board. Now newbie's will call hoping for a card on the river. Over the long haul you will win, but just be patient. Bluff's don't work like they use to, now you better have the nutts!

i have broken things before, lol.

im not a pro player but i do play about 20 hours a week usually, like mft says you just have to be patient and you will win. people play a lot more levelheaded and tight live then they do online, so try and avoid big bluffs, i do a lot of little jab bluffs, where it is a dry board with no draws where if you get called, it is safe to assume he will call you most likely if you bet again.

also do not come in the hand unless there are limpers in front, dont open limp, fold if the hands not good enough to raise upon entering, the rare exception is limping small pairs early in tournies.
