A buyout of LSU coach Les Miles' contract is "a very good possibility," a high-ranking source involved in the decision told ESPN's Joe Schad. "In Louisiana, we expect national championships and we're not in it," the source said. Boosters have already agreed to pay the $15-20M needed to buy out Miles and his staff, the source said.

I'm not sure who LSU thinks they are. They have had 7, 10 win plus seasons in history before miles (Saban had 2 of them) and miles had 7, 10 plus win seasons in 11 years. It's like they dont realize that before Saban got there they were an afterthought. From 1980 till 2000 they had 10 seasons with a losing record but now they want to fire the guy thats averaging 10.3 wins a year.

Yep, will be one of the dumbest moves ever. He just needs an average qb, last few years he's had some complete shit at qb. These highly touted dual threat qbs haven't panned out
