A fair analogy I suppose.
But it's not as if the USA has much say as to whether or not North Korea chooses to have nuclear weaponry on hand.
We can't take away NK's nuclear capability unless we're willing to send in a couple hundred thousand military troops with an expected casualty rate of at least 2 to 3x what we've experienced so far in Iraq and Afghanistan.
And even after all that, it would still not prevent them from setting it up again whenever the hell they want.
Agreed, US has no say and apparently neither does anyone else yet the U.N. Japan, S. Korea, and even the Poop are condemning.
All of it is a waist of time. Sooner or later and at this point it will be much later, it will become time to shit or get off the pot. Then we will find out who are the leaders and who are the actors.
I just get bored with all the show and none of the go.
The "go" I presume is a likely fruitless attempt to invade and seize control of the country of NK?
What does strongly condemn mean anyway? Is it like shaking your finger and saying don’t do that. It seems like a tactic you would use with a 3 year old.
