Indy will win this series and advanced to the Eastern Conference Finals againat Miami.......reasoning is the Reggie Miller factor.

Not here to debate just a prediction and observation of how the playoff will be played out. So if you believe better start playing Indy for the remainder of the series.

If you read the opening post I'm telling you Indy will win the series......so that means you would have to buy the ML to win the game.

Piranha.....I hope you're right, not just because I have been picking Indy in just about every game, but because I have a ton of respect for Reggie Miller and if he HAS to retire, I'd love to see him go on one last great playoff run. That isn't why I have been picking them, but it is definately an added elment of rooting interest.

I hope your thread is still being bumped by coconutman in June !!

Zap, I just read your thread on tomorrow and Sunday's pick. I like your Sunday's play (Indy) alot. I think Indy will win again and head into game 5 with a 3-1 lead. The whole world will jump on Detriot on the ML to win outright at home but I see Indy with a upset win and turning the tables on Detriot like Detriot did last year against Lakers in the finals.

It's a trend/pattern style of play I use in the playoffs. What goes around comes around......and is what the NBA wants.

"no way in hell does Indy win this series"

Guess you're right, what with the heat and all...but since the series is being played right here on earth I think Indy has a good chance.

Now you got me thinkibg about this...if any series WERE played in hell, who would have an advantage, the Heat or the Suns?

Of course if it were a hockey game it would be an easy call (NJ) or college hoops (Duke). And considering how many times I blasphemed at the end of the Pacers game when I thought Detroit might come back I guess I'd be in the audience.

Unless I could make it to a Padres game before I die, then I'm sitting pretty at a LA Angels game.

Would the fact that Reggie Miller looks like a gargoyle have any effect on this "hell series"?

Game 4. The line's already at Detroit -5.5. I know the whole world will probably get in on it and I should stay away and stick with the total under, but man the Guaran-Sheed makes it tempting.
