My back window in my SUV won't go back up, its about 1/4 way down. Anyone know how to get the window up without the power button working? I tried pushing it, didn't work. I don't care if it works, I just need the damn thing up right now:ohno:

Do both buttons do nothing? The one on the driver door, and the back door? If neither work, then it is probably the window motor. U will have to get into the door to get it up probably

It most likely came off the track. Have someone hold the button to roll the window up, while you are trying to pull the window up.
If that doesnt work try the same thing just pushing the button to roll down, you might have to push down before you can roll it back up, May cause the window to fall all the way down (happen to me and I needed to get get pliers to pull it out)

If you window is off the track you will probably need to take it apart to get it back on. Hopefully your window motor isnt out as that can get pricey.

Same thing happened in my car not long ago but both back windows went out... and they wanted 350 for motor and labor per window.

It went down, but not back up. Seems this is a problem with Dodge Nitros.

I took it to the local shop. I told them I just want the window up

It happened recently to me but it was just the button on the driver door. The window button on the rear door worked. I sprayed electronics cleaner on all of the buttons (I took the armrest part off). They are all working fine now.

turn the truck upside down and shake it, the window should come down.

It probably popped out of the regulator, go see someone, if thats the case then it should not be much to fix, if it s the motor your in for an expensive deal. try this if you want

More than likely the window regulator, not difficult to replace on your own. I replaced both on my wife's odyssey, and I am by no means mechanically inclined. Dealer should stock the part, replacement should take you about an hour. Removing the trim panel is the biggest pain in the ass. Part from Honda cost me about $125. I am sure that You Tube has videos that will walk you through the process step by step. GL

Same thing here. Turned out we had to replace the power window switch.
