Cuz Lithuania holds a 3-1 record over Argentina in major international competitions , they beat Argentina here already by 4 points , Argentina will be without Manu GInoseli who scored 19 points of their 75 in the first meeting against Lithuania .

Manu Ginobili's left ankle injury will prevent him from playing in Argentina's bronze-medal game against Lithuania on Sunday, according to team doctor Diego Grippo.
"There is no chance that Manu will recover," Grippo said. There are no specific details on the extent of the injury, but it sounds like he aggravated the ankle sprain that nearly prevented him from playing in the Olympics in the first place. Grippo also mentioned that Andres Nocioni has tendinitis in his left knee, and his status for Sunday's game is unknown.

Lithuania won the bronze medal at Barcelona in 1992, Atlanta and Sydney while finishing fourth at Athens so here is another chance for a bronze medal .
Sarunas Jasikevicius has been lethal in this tournament and overall whole team performed really well , they led most of the game against Spain in 1/2 and few mistakes cost them the ticket to the finals .
Only real threat for Argentina will be Scola but I am pretty sure they will find a way to stop him .

I think odds will drop so I would take it early if you plan to back Lithuania .

Tough call as Ginobili was only 6/15 FG and 1/7 from 3pt. the last game versus Lith.
Hopefully Nocioni doesn't get hot and Lith. rebounds a hell of a lot better because their rebounding sucks. Good luck.
