Post Debate, Republicans are now coming out for Harris in huge numbers

Other wise wary republicans, conservatives, independents now have permission to back Harris because of that debate performance.

No way before the debate arch conservatives like George Will or AG Gonzales would have dared to say she is brilliant and well prepared to face off with Putin, Kim Jong Ill and Iran's Mulahs.

W Bush has already endorsed. Harris is in perfect she is ahead of where Reagan was in 1980

This is exactly what happened in 1980, after the debates, democrats starting to flock over to Reagan, not all democrats but the the more moderate centrist independent democrats.

Harris isn't going to win over harden MAGAt's but the independents are already starting to break for her along with moderate wary republicans. Carter only won 3 states and 49 EV's I don't think Trump will fall that low, but it's possible he won't get 100 EV's if this momentum continues.

Remember that Jimmy Carter had 10.3 million in job growth in 4 years. He had a 3.25% GDP growth rate despite having a recession in his 4th year in office. He purposefully kept his deficits low. He was a born again Christian. And he was faithfully married to his wife for 77 years. And he is the president whom republicans call the worst president ever. Instead they love Dump, who lost jobs, had a GDP growth rate less than 1%, posted 7.8 trillion in deficits, is not a Christian, had 3 wives and has never been faithful to any of them. The party of family values and fiscal responsibility.

Driving a road lined with Trump signs on her way into town, Harris spoke for 30 minutes at local bookstore, Classic Elements, intending to show her support for small businesses.

Later in the day, she rallied in Wilkes-Barre, about 200 miles to the northeast.

But in Johnstown, both the airport and bookstore were by invitation only – to the chagrin of voters who wanted to hear what the vice president could offer their left-behind city.

“She’s hiding from most of the people,” Ed Luce told The Post. “She needs to convince a lot of the working poor people.”
