as it slows here with end of regular season... i thought it would be fun to post this....

name the 3 largest universities in the USA? i assume it's single campus...... all are BCS (i think) football schools... one of the 3 i thought was the biggest university. the other 2 really really surprised me.

if you read backwards... i spoil them at bottom..

Yeah, I knew one of them was Zona State, I read something about how many students Central Florida had, but little bit surprised bucky is ahead of Rockytop.

u including the service academies?..... i assume those are 3 of them...... a little stumped as to the others.but i'll think.......

3 of them are indeed the service academies. Look in the ACC for the other 2.

here's a final jeopardy question from a few years ago:

unfort i couldn't easily google the exact question/answer.....

basically, largest state (i.e. public) university that doesn't have the state's name in its title

.... and when i say state university, i don't just mean "florida state". florida would be fine too. basically largest public university without state name in title


again reading backwards further down...

i've seen alot of lists and seems like always osu, ucf and asu on top. asu or osu #1 depending. can't remember the list but uminnesota not too far behind.
