its 3:55 pm and were between storms. it hasnt rained since 7am and right now everythings dry. the field has been covered so it should be a good track. the next storm is expected at some point during the game but for now the gametime weather is dry and 60 degrees.hope this helps.~RG:nuts:

Even though the field has been covered, this was a pretty sizeable storm. Do you know how the field holds up even when covered? In other words, will it be soft, wet, slick and does it easily tear up? That will make a big difference in the trenches affecting both the ability to run block as well as rush the quarterback. Plus, if the field gives way, the running backs footing could cause them to slip when cutting. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

with all the rain this week ted i have to believe the water will seep upwards. afterall this place was built on top of a riverbed. very poor planning 40 years ago. so im thinking the field will be a bit worn since we just had the holiday bowl and the chiefs in town last week. so expect slipping as the game goes on.

The Q is an old stadium and the track does not hold up too well in the rain. We have had more rain in the past 2 weeks than we have had in a while. The tarp has been on since Thursday but it may start raining again at any time.
