I like him quite a bit. The reason he won't be fired as he is great for ratings. Like him or not, very few will turn the channel when he is speaking. He is pretty knowleadgeable and communicates in an interesting manner.

Wow I disagree here I change the channel! As for being "knowledgable?? Well he is the guy who wrote how overrated Larry Bird was and if he was black would have never gotten any press at all. Yep he's real knowledgable. The guy is a total joke.
