Bookmaking is illegal. But is illegal to just make a bet? If i like colts -3.5, and bet with my friend at even odds, it is not legal. We both have the benefit of getting the line at +100.

SO can i create a website and offer the opposite of what I like?

Example:

Team a vs Team b. I like team a -3.5 and want to bet $600

So in the site I offer Team B +3.5 +100 for a maximum of $600. So few people make bets and once 600 is reached, the bet goes off the board. Only offer one side of the game without any vig. This eliminates a bookmaking and simply becomes betting what you like. And i will do this for all my others bets as well.

Any lawyers here want to explain if this is legal?

I knew a bookie that owned a private after hours club & took bets w/o ever charging juice. Straight bets & parlays were all he took & made a ton of money w/o juice.

Is it legal? I don't know.......

Here's a new way of booking......you get taxed 10% on your winnings & you have 10% taken off your losses, this evens out the playing field.

Politicians make no vig bets all the time in Championship games/series. I'm still waiting for one of them to be arrested for it.

They should all be locked up just for being dumb enough to get in politics to begin with!
