Both Algeria and Belgium lines both sitting at 2 right now, as unders are starting to make a comeback now that each team has 1 or 2 games under their belts. My thought is the coaches are doing what they need to do to adjust prior to the games as we get closer to the elimination stage. If offenses can prevail and find ways to score goals the books will continue to take a beating.
