Pittsburgh weather?

Anyone from the Pittsburgh area can tell me how windy it is there? After watching my Giants play in these conditions I'm leaning towards the under in the Steelers/Cowboys game if its windy. I know the line already moved down 3 pts, but with 2 good defenses, no Marion Barber, and lots of wind = nice recipe for the UNDER

just a bit windy, but very cold. wind is 15ish ... but not gusty at all so won't be a factor. wind chill is about 8 right now

Pitt is going to be a big play for me. Kinda scary though, I always lose big with the Cowboys, whether I'm on them or against them.
