Indianapolis is scoring very few points at 15.7 points per game, but its defense is its strength, allowing an average of 20.0 points per game. The Colts are giving up 307.6 yards per game which is fourth best in the NFL. Pittsburgh is allowing an average of 24.4 points per game and scoring only 17.0 points per game. Pittsburgh has struggled overall on that side of the football, ranking just 28th in total yards allowed and a shocking 31st (272.1 ypg) against the pass. Opportunity knocks for Ryan and the Colts to score some points while continuing to develop their twin 25-year-old receiving threats: Parris Campbell and Michael Pittman Jr. The Steelers have a rookie quarterback in Kenny Pickett under center, who will be forced into making errors by the Indianapolis defense, which has a pair of linebackers leading the team in tackling and a lineman leading the Colts in quarterback sacks. These two teams have had disappointing starts to their seasons, but will look to get a big win on Monday Night Football with the Colts. Pittsburgh’s defense has struggled this season and has allowed 35 points or more in two of their last three games. Indianapolis has a solid defense, but their offense has only averaged 15 points per game. This matchup is pretty even, but the home team has done great against the spread in this series. I like the Colts here -2 1/2 & 1st Half Bet -1 & Hedging Money Line on this matchup -$140..All Bets Made at Caesars

I think Pittsburg has a sitting duck in Matt Ryan with Little or no mobility and TJ Watts back for his second game. The line(2 1/2) tells me to play Pittsburgh after Indy stayed so close to Philadelphi. It’s basically a pick with 2 1/2 being the home team advantage. I have steelers + 9 to finish a teaser from Sunday. Good luck.

The re-emergence of running back Jonathan Taylor (231 rushing yards, 2 TDs in the last two games) has certainly helped. But Ryan is also making smarter decisions and getting more of the offense involved; he made completions to seven different receivers against the Eagles. Defense, the Colts have held teams to 20 points per game. Opponents are averaging just 323.4 yards per game. The run defense has looked good, and the discipline in the tackling department has been top-notch. This could be a major factor against the Pittsburgh? Pittsburgh's defense has struggled in coverage, allowing 283.7 yards per game in the air. The run defense has allowed 103.4 yards, but it hasn't been all that great this season despite what the box score says.
