Yeah, they are stuck on stupid. If they were smart they wouldn't just stick with 5 & 5'. That total should have been 6 -125. Back in the day 6' was the average play and you would even see 7's.

Go to covers.com NHL scores and click on the 06-07 season. The totals range from 5 to 6.5. seeing 9-11 goals was no big deal in a game
