Don't need anybody to educate me I know cleveland is 35-1 at home, I know they are on a 12 game win streak, I know they are in a race for best overall record.

Rip is gonna have to score 30+, the bench is gonna have to step up huge, McDyess is probably gonna have to go for 20/20 again, RASHEED can't be rusty in his first game back, and the defensive is gonna have to be stellar because we know which way the whistles go in that building. Feel better about the fact last time they were in the Q they got absolutely slaughtered.. make fun of me if you want but love the value here!!! GL.:drink:

Everything you said the Pistons need to do can be applied to every double digit dog on the road. With all the what if's and saying Detroit 'has' to play the perfect game, just for +425? Then there is really good value in OKC at +500 or so tonight as well since they are gonna have to play D and they are gonna have to score points and they are gonna have to hurt duncan. Just lookin at some things they have to do in order to win...I never saw it this way. Must be a solid record when teams realize they HAVE to play a good game in order to win.

Isn't a bad spot. Cleveland for the most part brings it every night but looking at the standings they really have little to play for. They strolled early on against Dallas last time out before steamrolling the Mavs in the second half.

Detroit off a couple decent victories and have most of their players back. Detroit in the big picture isn't accomplishing anything this season but they have solid talent, young and old, on the roster and good experience to win against an elite team.

they have a lot to play for... theyre 35-1 at home.. you didnt think they take pride in that? im pretty sure they really want to go 40-1 at home this season and tie the all time record. second, theyre playing to stay in first in the east. even if they believe they have that locked up, im sure theyre playing for home court in the nba finals if they meet the lakers...

I don't share your opinion that they have a lot to play for. Playing to tie the record of a 40-1 home record is small potatoes. Nobody cares about these kind of records. I don't know what team(s) finished 40-1 at home in the regular season and I'm guessing most other don't either. Perhaps if they were unbeaten at home then maybe it would be a motivating factor but not here. The east is all but locked up, they would have to collapse and Boston or Orlando would have to win every one of their remaining games. They are only really playing for the overall number 1 seed. Which is note worthy but I'm sure after they officially lock up the East you'll see them resting players in the final 2-3 games.

Overall I think its safe to say the players aren't amped up for the remaining 9 games of the season. They want to get the playoffs going.
