Pinnacle's awful pitching change rules

The pittsburgh game had a pitching change but they wont cancel bets until the game is over! The new pitchers are official once they have both thrown a pitch. That is why mansion does it after the 1st inning. WSEX actually does it before the game. I called pinnacle to try ot get it cancelled and they said no, I asked to talk to a manager and was denied - saying there was nobody in charge there on the phone. They are holding alot of money for hours, the bettors dont have use of it but they can do what they want with it. Pure B.S.!

Most likely it's a software thing. You have to grade the game with the pitchers that actually start the game to satisfy all types of wagers - original listed pitchers (no bet), listed pitchers after pitching change (good bet), run lines (no bet), action (good bet), totals bet before pitching change (no bet), totals if there is one, after pitching change (good bet). Can this be remedied by software change probably, will it soon, who knows.

wsex cancelled, cybersportsbook cancelled, mansion cancels after 1 inning (i can see that just to wait and make sure who started).

They should update their software if need be to change this. There is no reason they can't cancel once both pitchers have thrown a pitch.

I got a bunch of money tied up with Clemens Tomko. I was going to call to see if I could get it back to put it on Clemens to action and didn't bother had to pound it over a 5 dimes too to get my full fix

Withdraw all of your money from there and send them an email telling them why you are doing it and that you want your account closed. If enough people do that then maybe they will change the rule.



Lots and lots of ponds out there that will be more than happy to take on a new customer.

Spoke to Pinny earlier this morning. They apologized for the inconvienence and said that the software does not allow it to be done. There customer service through e-mail is not bad at all. They responded right away to me.

That Pinny is not aware of the status they have in the OS community, "Power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely". Their juice is hard to ignore, but the high handed CS gets to be too much at times.

Don't think for a minute they haven't been aware of this ofr a long time. There is no excuse for them not to change the software so it can be done. Plus, I think theyre full of it when they say they cant cancel it. They can cancel any bet they want individually any time - that is not in question at all.

Until pinnacle changes this, lines held equal, i'll taking mlb lines elsewhere.

I don't understand all you guys that are screaming fo th Pinny to cancel the bets right away. Who cares. Do you have every penny at Pinny on this game with nothing left? Maybe a bit of money management might come in handy.

Dam you guys whine about the books non stop. If all these offshore books are such a pain move to vegas and run the strip from book to book paying 30C juice.
