I am having a dispute with Pinnacle. In short, I had thousands of dollars in pending wagers. I went to send 50 lousy dollars from a new source (Instadebit). It didn't work. Pinnacle seized all my winnings which had nothing to do with this deposit (it didn't win and was after the wagers?) Is there anybody that can intervene on my behalf?? Thank you in advance.

Hmmmm, I am headed out of the office in a bit for the evening, but one of the other mods here will help you if the case need be.

I cannot imagine Pinnacle doing anything out of the ordinary or unfair.

It wasn't for insufficient funds. There was some glitch where my bank refused to acknowledge Instadebit. I had a couple of thousand in the bank account.

Pinnacle will work it out for you, but it will take day or two, Pinnacle Customer Service is complete dog crap.

Just by reading this, I would side with pinny here, this guy here is not telling the full story.

Do you work at Pinnacle or something??? He hasn't really said too much yet and weren't you the dickhead that tried to attack me the weekend before last when they put a wager through three times when I only wagered once??

Just wanted to report that Pinnacle did the right thing and reversed the funds back to me.

Wil is the best....he is the #1 mod in helping with these Glad to hear as Pinny is a A+++ TOP TOP TOP book

My experience is just the opposite, I have always had my funds transfered to me within 15 minutes, any e-mail I have ever sent them has been responded to in short order. I entered a play wrong last week and e-mailed them, asking if they could cancel it and allow me to re-enter, they did with no problems. Many books would make you bet the other side as your only way to fix it. If Pinny has bad customer service, your standards must be very very high.
