I get this message on login:

Wagering has been suspended. Please contact our Customer Service Department at csd@pinnaclesports.com.

Dear Sir, Your account has been closed until you have acknowledged two tennis plays made at bad numbers which we wish to cancel. Thank you for your immediate attention in this matter if you wish to maintain an account with Pinnacle. You will have action unless we hear from you and your account will be closed definatively. CSD

..............

Sometimes you know you have been taking a shot. This is NOT one of these times. I made several bets yesterday and I dont even know what bets they are talking about or if they are still pending. And of course I cant login to check now.
Did anyone get a similar message?

Can't they just keep your login but disable your wagering permissions?

Interesting. Would be curious about the specifics here. Please post a followup once you talk to them.

I find that strange as well. I mean it would surely be useful to me to be able to see what they are talking about and which bets have been graded already...

For once Pinna was very unfair. First time ever to me.
Although I know for a fact they let the bets at the opponent stand at +156 they decided that the bets on Bjorkman at -175 was "obviously a bad line"

Seems that what happened was a very large (but legit) line movement and they just decided they didnt want the early bets on Bjorkman but would gladly keep the bets on Labadze.

Very unlike Pinnacle...

Agreed, doesn't sound like Pinnacle. I know nothing about tennis, so I have no idea what the correct line is in this case. But you mentioned that Pinnacle is letting the +156 bets stand. May I ask how you know that for certain? Would like to hear Pinnacle's take on this case. Perhaps a moderator can contact them?

I got this mail from them:
Our linesmen advised that the wager on Bjørkmans opponent (Labadze) for +156 is valid and will not be cancelled.

majbrit,

On the match in question, You wagered a plus 156 dog and then turned around wagering the minus 165 fav adding more at minus 175. The lines were off 100 cents, therefore not upheld and cancelled. The line should have been minus 265±.

General, you're saying the +156 dog bet was also cancelled? That contradicts what majbrit says in the prior post.

Exactly.

They cancelled the bets for -165 and -175 but refused to also cancel the +156 bet.

And another thing is: the lines were NOT off at the time. As I wrote above:
