Pinnacle - how long does a WD normally take?

I made my Pinnacle withdrawal to neteller about 45 minutes ago and the funds are still in my account. I wrote to them a half hour ago and haven't heard a thing back? I know I am being paranoid and my funds are safe, but I had hoped to play a bit of poker before bed and this is annoying the hell out of me. I thought the withdrawal to Neteller was instant (or 5-10 minutes tops).

Yeah, I realize that, but after an hour of waiting, I am getting awful annoyed. It's getting late and I wanted to play a few hands. What is a normal turn around time?

Depends on the size but anything from 30mins-3hrs in my experience. If above a certain figure they have to get manager approval, in which case it can take 6-12.

Well, I am off to bed, still without my withdrawal. What a crock of shit. This is the response I got from them via email:

"Please be advised that we have received your NETeller withdrawal request, normally a request is processed within minutes, however please note that it is currently pending for approval."

If it matters, the amount was $5k. Things had better be straightened out by the time I wake up. It's been 2 hours at this point.

but I have asked for a withdrawal on a sunday night at 11pm and it was done in 6 mins but no where near 5 dimes ..

sometimes it takes 8 hours , thats quite ok for me .

but way better than Intertops = 48 hours

It was there when I woke up of course. I was never really worried about getting it. I know Pinny is top notch. I just wanted to do other stuff with it after the games were over.

As for verifying that amount, they say on their website that any amount over $10K needs approval. Mine was half that. If $5K need approval, no problem. Just don't tell me up front that $10K is the line if it isn't.

Anyway, things are settled.
