Anyone know if Duncan missing a free throw counts as his first shot, or is it only field goals?

it was counted as a miss according to joh! I hit 3 of 4 losing the under 29.5 as phoenix was determined to score every time they touched the ball.

I did not watch the game to see if Jack N. was interviewed but I'm assuming he didn't based on Wil's post.
The only other question was whether Duncan's first shot was his first FT, which was a miss or his first FGA, which he made. The outcome is immaterial, since no one picked all 4 either way. Therefore....
