Anyone ever spent any time in the Philippines and CR. Spent 4 years in the PI and everything I read and hear of CR, I can almost make a correlation between the two. Beautiful country, beautiful scenery (mountains, beaches), beautiful women, yet 3rd world country tendencies. Thoughts?
