5dimes will give you +350 if Manning plays a game in Aug\Sep 2016. Hip replacements I think are common amongst former NFL players, believe Elway had to get one as well.

Rams should trade Foles and a pick (either a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd, whatever it takes) for Cutler. The Bears would then have 2 1st round picks plus they could sign Bradford. Rams get the franchise QB they're looking for, and Cutler could be there for the next 5+seasons. Chicago continues to get younger and build through the draft.
