I love JoPa and the Nittany Lions this week. Actually think they will win this one. Penn State has one of the best defenses in the country and will stuff the Buckeyes. I think they'll be able to pull off a few offensive plays to get the W.

Anytime a team musters up 2 safeties for their only scores of the game need to be taken to the horse vet and have their collective throats severed. How could anyone "love JoPa" after how this old stubborn mule has stunk up the joint with his two headed donkey-dongs at QB. Good defense, yes. Going into the Horseshoe with that shetland pony offense, this has 17-6 OhioState written all over it. A great under the total play if you're too in love with the old mule.

I agree--the under looks like a stronger play. PSU might hold OSU under 10, but how are they going to score?

How is Penn State gonna' score?

Penn State will have four opportunities to get the ball over the opponents goal line. Near the end of each quarter, the refs are gonna' remove the Buckeyes from the field for one play. Penn State can run any offensive play they want. This play will be unopposed.

Final: OHIO STATE 17 -4.

Zac Mills with a 2 run homer in the top of the ninth helping his own cause. Joe Pa decides to leave him in for the complete game and Mills comes through.

i think penn state wins this game on saturday... obviously with their DEFENSIVE play....i think their D is one of the best in the country!

the reason why i think they win this game.... i saw joe paternos press conference and zack mills probably wont play this week.... is this a blessing for the lions???

I don't see Ohio State scoring more than 14 points here. I'll take the points.

Ohio State is not a team to bet on this year, especially against a defense that Penn State has.

Ohio State defense is overated this year. Penn State should be able to score 14+ here. More than enough.

Penn State had more success against the Iowa defense than Ohio State did.

Ohio State had 100 yards and 0 points through 55 minutes against Iowa, untill the last drive against the 2nd stringers. Penn State's defense is just as good as Iowas and should fair better against Ohio State with their lack of a passing game.

Both of these teams are pretty poor at this point in the season. The ONLY play here is the under. There will probably be more defensive TD's than offensive TD's if there are any.

Hail Alma Mater...with your WHITE and BLUE!!!

WE ARE....PENN STATE!!!

Now that I have that out of my system...I will take the Lions until they win a Big 10 conference game. 6 points is too many for either team to be favored by IMO. I'm not playing any sides heavy (totals have been good to me 8-2 last three weeks on Rx) but I will play the Lions light. If there is any pride at all in Happy Valley they will play their tails off on Saturday. Hopefully the D doesn't quit on the O.

<TABLE cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width="100%" border=0><TBODY><TR vAlign=top><TD width=10> </TD><TD>STATE COLLEGE, Pa. -- Penn State starting quarterback Zack Mills may miss Saturday's game against Ohio State because of the lingering effects of a concussion.

Mills' concussion was revealed Tuesday, three days after Penn State's 6-4 loss to Iowa.

Coach Joe Paterno didn't blame the injury for the team's woeful performance on offense against the Hawkeyes. The Nittany Lions managed their lowest offensive output in three years, including the fewest number of first downs in Paterno's 39-year tenure.

The concussion apparently occurred in the first half, but Mills remained in the game until the third quarter.

<TABLE cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width="100%" border=0><TBODY><TR vAlign=top><TD width=10> </TD><TD>COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Tailback Lydell Ross is back with Ohio State but it is unclear whether he will play Saturday against Penn State.

Coach Jim Tressel cleared Ross to practice with the scout team this week and dress for the game.

A complaint filed last week accused Ross of passing phony money coupons at a local strip club. He was suspended for last week's game against Indiana.

"We're kind of sitting still, if you will, because there have been no charges," Tressel said Tuesday.

Tressel declined to say whether Ross would play against Penn State. Freshman Tony Pittman replaced him at tailback and rushed for 144 yards and a touchdown in a 30-7 win over Indiana.
