Will Barkley be 100%? He might play but be off, lack explosiveness.

Both Ds will try and stop the run so I doubt either RBs will have a huge impact (if one does their team will most likely win) which is why passing attack will be vital. Regardless this is the epitome of a cointoss with the game being decided on the final drive so give me the side with the plus money.
