I did that once ... and the charge got reversed and I was left holding ZIPPO, ZILCH, NADA .... luckily it was jasin4000 (who is a longtime member here) and he paid me by other means ... if it had been anyone else, I would have been screwed ... or would have had to spend money to screw them back.

Paypal sucks for people outside of the US. They constantly shut down transfers I am doing to pay for VOIP services or commissions. They are a pain in the ass. There is no protection at all and they only insure for like $150 or something. My friend just got ripped off for $2,500 on a watch he bought from a German guy and they sent him a fake. Now he is out the money and Paypal sent him $150 and an email saying if he uses the account again they will pay him from any funds the German guy deposits. Like he is going to use that account again....... :nono5: PAYPAL SUCKS!!

The Rx.com cannot help mediate disputes between private parties unless both are willing to cooperate.
