Out of your Super Bowls, what is the best? Either the most memorable / greatest SuperBowl Win in your mind, or just the one that meant the most....

2001 by far. Atleast for me. No one gave the Patriots a chance to win that game.

I'm very embarrassed the way some Patriots fans have acted after this win. We got lucky, but luck is what you need somewhere along the line to win the SB.
EVERY team has had luck to win it.

But the shit I'm reading in the NFL forum is embarrassing to say the least. The hardcore fans in here, Zit, Willie, PatsFan, some others have handled it with class. But some assholes over there are giving us ALL a bad name.

Seahawks are awesome. The Pats just made that play that is needed to win these things.

2001, and then 2015...

When the Red Sox finally won a WS in 2004 after 86 years, it was very sweet - and then the next 2 were great, but nothing compared to 2004.

I gotta admit, it's been sweet being a Boston fan the last 15 years, but growing up as a kid it sucked big time. The Red Sox had some great teams that seemed to always get
beat by the Yankees. The Patriots sucked in the 70s's/80's. Grogan got them to one Superbowl, and they got their asses kicked. The Bruins didn't do anything after 1972
for a long time. So, the one saving grace I had as a "kid" was Larry Bird and the Celtics - but by then, I was almost out of high school.

What's crazy is they could have won all 6 super bowls but at the same time lose all 6 super bowls just as easy. Tuck rule, Vinatieri kicks, last night.....

I think this one meant the most to me. After losing those 2 to the Giants I wondered if they could get it done. After that catch by Kearse that was the reincarnation of David Tyree I thought the curse of the Bambino switched stadiums.

For me, this years is (slightly) ahead of 2001. After losing the last two vs the giants by ridiculous catches and seeing another one w kearse, but finally able to overcome it. Also, leading up to the game, there were So many factors / stories in play from media, pats fans, football fans in general, "haters"; like never winning since spy gate, Brady's washed up (after KC game), deflate gate, cheats, Brady's legacy (yes, unfair - but Brady could be greatest ever or choke artist), Bill's legacy, etc.

If I were a Patriot fan (thank God I am not). It would either be 2001 or last night. Last night cemented Brady yet 2001 was so unexpected and first champ. since forever and I am sure even Pat fans didn't know Brady would always be Brady. Come on, he was a 6th round pick that played 14 games. Don't act like you thought he was a franchise qb in 2001.

I forgot even KG, PP, and Jesus won a title

I love RayRay, but he became Judas, not Jesus, for a couple of years

he went to the dark side

The first and the last

the first time youse never forget, and last night was such a big win for so many reasons

being so near and not winning for 10 years gets heavy, and now we don't have to hear about why they can't win anymore

of course we had no clue, why would we? did anyone really see that coming?

Wilson reminds me of a young Brady some. Winning with a strong running game and great D, and saying all the right things

Wilson stinks. Trust me. He stinks. What good qb ever goes 2/4 in a half? Best running game and best defense...Wait until you see him have to drop back 35-40 times a game when they are dumb enough to pay him 15 million a year and typically defenses are not long lasting. They usually have a 3-5 year shelf life.

I'll say this about the Seahawks...I remember Kiper ripping their draft when they took Irvin #1 and Wagner #2....He hated both of those picks. LOL

Mine was the first. This was a close 2nd. This exonerates Brady for the silliness that is Ballghazi . He is a flat out winner. He was a stone cold baller in 2001 and he is 14 years later.
For all you haters, hate this, the pats were the youngest team on average ever to win a SB. So dream up a new scandals because they are going to be around a lot longer for your nightmares .

2001 will never be topped, never be matched. those 3 weeks were probably the best i'll ever have as a sports fan. beating oakland in the snow bowl in the last game in old stadium.. then going to pitt and shocking the steelers with brady getting hurt and bledsoe coming in was just crazy, especially considering what drew had meant to the franchise to that point. then sb 36, patriots coming out as a team, then shocking the rams, brady game winning drive with no timeouts. that was just the ultimate.

i was lucky enough to had been at the snow bowl and the super bowl.

By far the best. After 40 years of NFL pain and failure. We DID believe in Brady. And we DID believe in Belichick. And so did their team. Don't forget that that team started the season 0-2 on the heels of a 5-11 season, before Bledsoe got hurt. Brady took over and his first game was a 44-13 pounding of Peyton Manning as 12' point dogs. The magic began. The magic continues 14 years later.
