did you delete your post beginning,

Boston it's a good idea but the powers that be here want to let "everyone have a voice".

I thought this three paragraph post of yours was from the heart and and laid it on the line! Its a shame you or perhaps someone else deleted it so no one here can read it.

My guess is that it was General....but I'd still like to know why(regardless of who it was).

I deleted it upon reflection, sounded too bitter after I thought on it. We don't always agree around here but I know how hard most these people work to make this the best site they can. Anyway yes I deleted it, sounded sort of like sour grapes and I don't want to leave that impression to anyone. Enjoyed the hell out of this whole experience.

McIrish, are you going over to another site, or pursuing other interests? Just wondering.

Teaser - No I certainly am not going to another site, at least not to work. I may post at a few sites as time permits but I got my fill of moderating here. I never did well at working for others very long.....

Pursuing other interests I guess would be the correct answer.

One important thing I believe in with this group is that we each moderate how we feel is right. If one moderator feels the need to correct another, unless maybe during a "hostile situation" and the other is not around, then we communicate with each other. We do not step on each others toes. It's a matter of respect to one another I think. I have encouraged all moderators to notify me immediately if they disagree so that we may learn from one another. We all make mistakes. It's how we deal with mistakes that make us better.
