Thanks Eric, I can't tell you how good it feels. Especially since I gave a tip to people I knew about NAB (5% juice) and they ended up getting boned. Each time I get one like this I take a mark off my "debt to society" folder I keep, bothers me to this day I let those people down. Anyway I feel like a Doctor who gets too involved with his patient sometime. I was talking to this guy a lot and really really wanted him to get his money. It was a large amount of money (at least by my standards) and he was just a good guy about it all the way through. I could tell he was upset yet he was very patient and just wanted to do what he could to get it resolved. He never got angry and I could tell he appreciated me helping him, those are the one's you really hope work out.

Tin - the books in this case are not relevant. If I thought it had a bearing on anyone's money I would have posted about it already. This was a casino problem and the situation had to do with the software provider more than anything else. There were some lapses in time but most of it apparently was a result of the communication between them and the books. Once the ball got rolling everything went well and I am satisfied they did all they could to take care of this situation. As you can see the player got paid though there was a delay while it got sorted out. I would mention it if it was a sportsbook problem or even a pure slow pay where there was no justification. These guys came up and did the right thing once all the facts were presented to them, I have no beef with them at all.

It is irrelevant to know the name of the books in question on this thread so when making decisions on where to play at you'll know they had payment issues.
If that isn't enough then not naming them and having a new poster make his first post about thanking someone for "stepping in" can look like a headline to show strength the same way tout services say they hit 75% WINNERS.
I'm not saying that is the case here but it looks a bit to neat. If I'm using people from this website to make collections I'm sure I would have posted here in the past and not debuted with this out of the blue.

I can respect that RPM but I'm sure you know what I'm saying about first posts. Anyone can post something that says good or bad on anything but usually details are needed to verify the topic beyond just saying great job or that place sucks. I could say something like Shrink got me 15K from a book I e-mailed him about and thank god for this site but I don't think I would be just lurking around without ever posting on a site I was trying to get help on a pay matter.
I'm sure I would be posting prior to it saying that I was having an issue and can I e-mail someone the details or outline the problem on threads without naming the book. I just always question blind praise on details that can't be verified.
