i go 5 to 6 times a year

i have nutin' in con to say,, well maybe that you can't drink
in the street with a beer in you hand in front of the bar which sold you...
but maybe that's only in costa rica,,, anyways, it's an excellent country
lots of party, nice beaches if you go through the caribbean, i have a friend who is an owner of a 5star hotel close to bocas del toro area, it's also a great country for buying high quality faked trademarks very cheap,,,,, the woman are very hot specially if you're white,... don't show your dollars cauze you'll have 10 girls after you... ppl are very nice, imagine that, costa rica have no problems with inmigration from panama and viceversa, the only thing they care is about cocaine from colombia, but nobody mess around, i have crossed panama several times without passport and car permission,,, the beers are very cheap, but like in the us,, more based on water than alcohol...
but with 1 dollar you buy 2 nice decent/refreshing beers...

if you want to have real action, try december on panama city, then move to bocas del toro... a decent move could be starting off, la cuesta, moving to ciudad david, cross the pacific, get to the capital, visit the panama channel, then comeback trough the carribbean, cross the border line to sixaola, and ending up your last weekend in puerto viejo, manzanillo.

don't miss that...
spaniards got a real clue..

Was there once and was not impressed.VERY hot. Outside of the downtown area, very poor, and some very dangerous areas. Didn't get a chance to visit beaches but here there are some nice ones. They do have a horse track. I prefer CR.

Panama Online Gaming Jurisdiction

Panama adopted regulations governing the licensing of electronic games of chance and wagering activities on October 25, 2002. The regulations allow master licenses to be granted that are valid for up to seven years upon payment of a license fee of USD $40,000. There is also an annual license fee of USD $20,000. Applicants must pay all investigation costs incurred in the processing of the application. Further information is available on the web at PanaNexus.com and Dasting.com.

Well from my point of view Panama was giving books "good deals", but books need to have them a lot of information. You can ask many companies that sold software they are the ones that have more info about all the requeriments really needed now, cause they have change since they first allowed books there. If you are really interest in all the info send me an email I probably can get the info for you from two diferent companies. But as many said I prefer Costa Rica.
