I have never posted my pics on the site, but due to an undocumented 6-0 start in NCAA I feel compelled to do so. d1g1t Now that I do this I'm sure my streak will catch up with me.

I usually make two big bets a weekend any where from 2-3 times my usual bets. These will be noted as BB (best bets). That being said, my picks for Saturday are as follows:

Troy + 20.5 BB
Miami - 3
Wake + 5
Auburn + 2 BB
UNC - 3.5

I am fairly new to this (handicapping) and appreciate any feed back!

Take Wake ML and Auburn ML. Better pay off as I doubt the spread will come into play win or lose.

Great point, I will take a look at both, especially Auburn. The home team is 8-0 in the past 8 meetings. Not the only reason I like the game, but trends like these in big SEC games tend to hold true. Thanks for the advice. Keep it coming!

If the spread is less than +3 for an underdog I always take the ML and if it is under +7 I play the ML, but double my play on the spread.

Good luck this week as I have Wake and Auburn both ML.

My most recent play was CU + 3 yesterday. Your logic, at least in this game, was right on. Thanks for the advice, I think I will play the Auburn ML, and look for these opportunities going forward.

I had Colorado +130 which elminates the juice and gives you an extra +30. You have to pick your spots though as if the Auburn line was +3.5 I would take the spread instead of the ML as they don't score alot of points.

Sure, just because a dog is getting 3 points doesn't mean I should play the ML. There are a lot of factors involved. But with Auburn, I like their chances for a win, hence the ML play. :toast:

Regular Bets: 2-1
