Morales of Oregon State caught a ball and was not even close to getting his foot in and the ref looked at him and didn't even know what to call and then called it a catch thank god for the review booth because they brought it back. The fvckin ref was right there and was watching the feet and still didn't know what to do. What the hell is wrong with them
