my # Marlins Willis -146
Can't rely on Mets started Zambrano to go enough innings not
to get to a Mets bullpen in much disarray. Alot more positives to
take from Marlins pitching, even with Willis getting knocked
around against Braves last outing. I believe it can be a good thing
for a young dominate pitcher such as Willis to get beat up like
that every once n' while to remind him he is in the big leagues
and he can't afford to take any hitter or team for granted, that
they are just going to lay down for him. So look for Willis to come
in focused with his full array of asernal working in this one. Not
to mention a little pay back for earlier meeting vs. Mets when the
Mets beat him around and he took the loss against Ishii.
Just feel Marlins lineup really starting to come together and 1-5
top of the lineup can produce with any other in the league right
now. Also would much have Marlins bully that won't need much
more than another inning each from Mota and Jones, if Willis is on
his game. Marlins may have found a lefty specialist in Santos that
they have been looking for. Just feeling alot more positive energy
(confidence) coming form Marlins for this one than the Mets.
no locks, no guarantees, just mind provoking analysis!
good luck and thank you finite, tendog, and surveyor for your guys
appreciation of what I'm doing!
