This is the only reason they were even in this game. Everyone drank the kool-aid, and that's why we got this shitty ass game with an OU team that didn't deserve to be in the game in the 1st place. It proves that having a month off from playing can destroy high powered offenses that rely on timing and rhythm.

it's why in bowl games we look at offenses that are good at running the ball. There isnt much timing or precision there.
Just good running and blocking.

Add in the fact that these high powered offenses are likely playing good defenses in a bowl game and it makes it that much worse.

if OU and played UF on December 12th, the score would have been a little different. UF most likely still woudl have won, but it would have been higher scoring.
