Let me repost something you ignored:

I watched every game in the series, and watched all Buffalo games against Boston. The Bruins announcers even called the Sabres out as being "weak" and "divers". Jack Edwards and Andy Brinkley probably know more about hockey than you pretend to and they called out your feminine hockey team.

AND

FROM THE BUFFALO NEWS:

"When I'm skating with the puck five seconds after the whistle and some guy comes up and cross-checks me, I don't know if that's called a dive," said Roy, whose team has been accused of diving by Ottawa during the series and earlier in the year by Boston players. "I think I move my feet a lot, and people don't realize I'm 5-foot-8 and 180 pounds when I'm going against guys 6-foot-9, 300 pounds. You're going to fall once in a while, and people don't realize that."

SO it's not just me that is calling the Sabres a sissy team.

The thread was about tonight stupid. Game 5. The one where Buffalo elimated the Sens. The one where we moved to round 3 -- 3 rounds father than the pathetic Bruins even got.

Buffallo was WAY WAY hungrier, that is why they won the series....

If Ottawa got a couple of bounces, if Emery covers up that puck in the first game, & the sens win 6-5. then they go on to win this series for sure, after that game they just coudnt play....

this team cannot face adversity.... I was at the game tonite, you can see it in their faces, I was right at ice level... Buffallo players were WAY hungirer... this Ottawa team does not know how to play that way.... Even had they beat Buffallo, there is no way that they could play at the level that edmonton is playing at.....

I took Buffalo +170 today. I figured I would have paid $200 to go to the game, so I was willing to pay $100 for an Ottawa win and consider it a ticket purchase. I made myself $170, but it still doesn't make up for how I felt when that goal was scored.

That 6th goal in Game 1 was what messed up this series. Win that game 6-5 and I think everything would have been fine.

As for criticizing the team, I am past that stage. Hasek's injury was what killed the Sens chances more than anything else.
