The somewhat funny thing is he trapped me, the original agreement was 80 picks a month, with the person with the best record at the end of the month the winner of $500. I complied, then he later asked me if it was alright if we paid every two months, so that transferring $500 back and forth wasn't a hassle just in case winners flip-flopped monthly. That was just his way of covering his ass, just in case he lost the first month, he could try to win the second month, and if he realized he wasn't going to, ZIP! He's gone.
i don't know guys lets give him the benefit of the doubt, it has just been a few days. he could have been out of town for the holidays, or maybe sick? i had the flu for a few days and was completely out of commission. i guess he could have said something if he was leaving, but still i would give it a few days before calling him a stiff. hopefully this is just a misunderstanding.
well after seeing OTK actually log on and be active on the site (without posting) my faith in him has faded. It's too bad this happened. Obviously I thought he was a stand up guy or else I wouldn't have agreed to have done with contest with him. FWIW he is not a total croook. I had sent him a check last month when I lost, but he never cashed it since I won this month. I know that doesn't help you guys out much, but hopefully he is just trying to get some money out of the books to take care of you guys. Hopefully this all turns out well.
