OT Anybody watching the Farrah Special?

Why was she going to Germany for treatment? With all that money and celebrity couldn't she have seen doctors in the USA? I don't get. Very sad for her.

I think because in Germany she can get treatments that are not FDA approved in the US. She was at wits end.

Because the U.S. and it's expensive healthcare system rank just 37th in the World in overall healthcare. Just about anyplace would be better for treatment than here.

I was not being a jerk or political. Are there not the best cancer treatment centers in the US? Johns Hopkinins and Cedar Ciania, etc.

Again, not being a jerk. I'm asking for a family situation. I know, why ask a gambling forum. Sometimes you look anywhere.
